The Sever Woods Homeowners’ Association “HOA” is a Georgia nonprofit organization that addresses the needs of the Sever Woods community. The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the affairs of the association within the constraints of our annual membership budget. The Board currently consists of five members who volunteer their time and efforts to keep our neighborhood safe and fun for our residents. The HOA Board meets regularly based on neighborhood concerns and business. These meetings are open and any Sever Woods resident is welcome to attend.
